Hello, I’m Hannah, and I’m passionate about helping children unlock their full potential through the power of reading. I am a fully qualified teacher with an up to date DBS check and insurance. With over 16 years of experience as a primary school teacher, I specialise in teaching reading and have a proven track record of success in helping children improve their literacy skills.
As a former Literacy Leader and Deputy Headteacher, I’ve worked with schools to create effective reading strategies and have had the privilege of teaching teachers how to teach reading.
I truly believe that reading is the gateway to all learning, and I’m dedicated to making that journey as fun and engaging as possible for every child.
Whether it's teaching reading fluency, comprehension or both, my goal is always to build confidence and a love of reading in every child I work with. I’m proud to have helped countless children develop the skills they need to succeed in school and beyond.
Outside of my teaching career, I’m a proud mum to two children. They inspire me every day to create the kind of learning environment that is nurturing, fun, and full of possibilities.
